My drone sustained damage, prompting me to send it in for repairs. The process extended longer than anticipated due to tariffs and related issues with China. Ultimately, it proved to be more practical to replace the drone with a brand new One
The process to send in our drone and getting an estimate went really well. But once I got it back I was a little disappointed because there was a loose screw that fell out from inside the drone and a part for the one of the rotors did not get fixed like I asked. I emailed customer service and they sent me another shipping label, I sent it back and they took care of it without any additional costs.
