The week before Christmas I was at a family event filming with my drone. I had an incident while using the active track feature and the Drone hit a tree while following someone on a motorized vehicle. I contacted fix and fly drones on the following Monday and received a response promptly, even though it was 4 days before Christmas. The owner informed me of the steps needed to drop it off for repair. The Drone was dropped off on Monday and picked up the next day with the repairs completed and in new condition. I was very thankful that they were able to get this job completed and before the big holiday break as I had lots of plans for creating content through the holiday break.
